Ticket Donation Request Form

Blackfriars Theatre is happy to contribute show tickets to charitable events hosted by local non-profit organizations. A typical donation consists of two tickets to one performance in the current season’s Subscription Series. Value: $79.

To request a ticket donation, please fill out the below form and upload proof of your event via a flyer or solicitation letter on letterhead, which includes your event date. Blackfriars requires a completed request at least one month in advance of your deadline for donations and does not make monetary donations. Please do not solicit a donation by phone or in-person, and do not submit more than one request per event.
