CHARACTER BREAKDOWN: (casting 2 women & 4 men, ages 20s-50s)
Hank* (40s/50s) – a rock club owner and a talker, a storyteller. A guy people love to be around. He also plays guitar.
Bette (40s/50s) – Hank’s ex-wife. A tough, funny broad who can go toe-to-toe with Hank and anyone, really.
Lena (early 20s) – Hank’s daughter. Tough, business-smart, a bit cryptic – plays her cards close to her chest.
Nash (20s) – A DJ. A charmer, driven and ambitious but has a heart.
Toby (20s) – Hank’s all-around right hand and a sweet, friendly rock nerd.
Joey (30s) – The landlord’s son. First generation and anxious to stake his claim.
*Hank plays guitar. If you’re auditioning for Hank and can play guitar, please bring a guitar and a short musical selection to play at auditions. If you cannot play guitar, you are still encouraged to audition for the role of Hank.
